CCCS Enrollment - Elementary

Calvary Chapel Christian School is now enrolling for the 2023-2024 School Year! We are always looking for students who have a heart for Christ and are aligned with our mission to Love God, Love People, and Love out Loud. Our desire throughout the enrollment process is to make sure CCCS is a good fit for your student, and to make sure your student will benefit from the discipleship culture at our school. Here's a quick look at our enrollment process

Schedule a Tour

The first step in our enrollment process is to schedule a school tour with the office at (520) 731-2100. We'll work with your schedule to find a time that works for you and your student. Tours include a walkthrough of our facility and time to answer all of your questions. Plan to spend about a half hour on the tour. You're encouraged to bring a Bible, notepad, and questions about our school to the tour.

A Day in the Life (Optional)

After touring our school, students are welcome to come back and sit in on classes to make sure CCCS is a great fit for them. Students will be placed in their current grade for up to a half day of classes to see what we're all about! Shadow days can be scheduled with the office at (520) 731-2100. Please provide at least three days that work for you.

Application

Once you've decided CCCS is right for your student, follow the Apply link to print and fill out our application. Once it's turned in to the office, our Admissions Team will contact you to schedule a family interview with our school Principal. Please note, the $50 non-refundable application fee must be turned in with the application for it to be considered and original documents must be provided to the school office.

Family Interview

Calvary Chapel Christian School is a covenant Christian school, meaning that we seek to enroll families with a strong and visible relationship with Jesus Christ. The interview process is conducted through the respective school level to which you are applying (Elementary, Junior High, High School) and serves the purpose of evaluating the family’s spiritual commitment and willingness to co-labor with the school. All family members who live with the student must be present for the family interview. After this, the admissions team will meet and make a final decision.

First Day of School

Families will receive the final admissions decision via phone/email. When admitted, the school office will reach out with a welcome packet including information on accessing our online parent portal, tuition payments, applying for scholarships, student schedules, and more!
