Spiritual Life

Spiritual Life

At CCHS, students grow closer to Christ while learning in an accredited academic environment. Student-led devotions and worship are one of the defining characteristics of our school culture. We are blessed with kids who truly love Jesus and faculty that integrates the Bible into every one of their subjects. Our Pastoral staff comes alongside the team by teaching weekly chapels and discipling our students. It is our prayer that all students experience the love of Christ and learn a Biblical perspective on life at CCHS.

Whether you’re a current student, CCHS family member or future Warrior, it is our prayer that you’re truly blessed by your time at Calvary Chapel High School.

Worship & daily devotions

Worship & daily devotions

School starts every day with a time of prayer, praise, and worship completely led by students. Our mission to love God, love people, and love out loud begins with our relationship with the Lord. Likewise, everyday at CCHS starts with worshipping the Lord! Students in all High School grades may join the worship team.

High school retreats

High school retreats

At the start of each quarter, CCHS students stop to focus on what's important: their relationship with God. We take the day to go on hikes, visit Christian Universities, go to Day Camp, and go to the park throughout the year for solid Biblical teaching, Worship and Activities that bring us closer to Christ. These retreats are one of the best parts of the year!

worship nights

worship nights

Each quarter, students organize a worship night. This is a time to stop and praise God for his great love. These worship nights are a truly remarkable experience where we fellowship over food, join together in praise & worship, and spend time in God's word. Families and Friends are welcome to join in and sing along.

missions

missions

Students take part in week-long missions trips every year, going to other communities and sharing the Gospel. This is a great opportunity for students to be equipped, discipled, and learn God's calling on their life by actually going out and being doers of the word. As the Lord calls, we also go on other missions trips to help in times of need.
